ETUDE HOUSE BEAUTY SHOT FACE BLUR

I managed to get my hands on the Etude House Beauty Face Blur which is a product that is currently popular in Korea. I received the product two weeks ago however I have been testing this product for 2 weeks or so and so far I have been really enjoying it. I purchased this product for about £12.71 from www.kollectionk.com.

The Etude House Beauty Face Blur is basically a primer in the form of cream texture which claims to hide the appearance of imperfections such as pores on the surface of the skin and help you achieve that really flawless photo shop look.

I love the peachy colour bottle, I think it’s very cute. The bottle has a matte finish to it and measures to be about 13cm in size. The bottle is very light in the hand and it comes along with a pump dispenser which dispenses enough for the whole face in one pump.

The primer is in the form of a medium textured cream, a bit like moisturizer and blends in seamlessly. The cream has a slight white/peachy colour to it but once it’s blended into the skin it’s transparent. It has babyish/powdery scent to it which I quite like but once you’ve applied it the scent disappears.

My favourite thing about the Beauty Shot Face Blur is probably the fact it contains SPF 15 PA+ and that it brightens up the skin and leaves a subtle glow and radiant finish. It does blur out some imperfections on the skin such as redness only slightly however on the pore hiding side I have not really seen it make any difference at all. The brightening effects it leaves behind does not last for too long though…unfortunately…I would say it lasts about 2 hours before it lets it’s guard down.

The Beauty Shot Face Blur would be great for people who have dry or normal skin however if you suffer from oily skin this is one product you should be staying away from. If you have combination skin like me this primer would also work for you however I would recommend applying it VERY lightly to tzone areas.

Overall it’s a good budget friendly product and does some of what it claims to do however after I finish off the product I do not think it’s something that I will be repurchasing.

Also please note that any product that claims to hide your pores probably will also do a great job of clogging your pores so always make sure you cleanse your skin thoroughly.
